Keeley grew up along the North Fork of the Nooksack River in Whatcom County. Living in the forest, she developed a passion to protect the natural environment at a young age. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree at Fairhaven College of Interdisciplinary Studies and has worked for local nonprofit organizations since 2013.
Keeley was hired as the Program Assistant at Skagit Watershed Council in 2024. She lives in Mount Vernon with her husband and son. They enjoy taking walks and exploring, especially at the Padilla Bay Interpretive Center Upland Trail and Little Mountain.
