“The Upper Skagit Tribe’s mission is to manage, protect and enhance the Tribe’s reserved Treaty Fish and Shellfish Rights, within the Tribe’s adjudicated usual and accustomed fishing areas: By developing and implementing adaptive Fish and Shellfish Management Plans and strategies that provide harvest opportunities for the Tribe and its members while maintaining resource sustainability.”
